1. How Long is the Shipping & Handling Process?

Processing takes up to 2 business days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.


2. Refunds 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.
If the requested lengths change, we will adjust the cost of your order.

We do not refund shipping charges. For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.

4. How long does shipping take?

After your order is processed and your tracking number is sent to you via e-mail, shipping takes about 2-3 days to receive. 


5. Payments & Ordering

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is one of the best, safest and secure ways to make an online payment. We accept the following payment type for your protection and ours: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not have access to share your credit card information with anyone. Your information is secure.


6. How do I use Paypal?

Once you reach the checkout page and select the PayPal option, and click the "CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON", you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be able to complete the checkout process. Simply follow one of the options available to pay with your credit card.

7.Undeliverable Packages, Incorrect Address and Refused Deliveries

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package in transit to you. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All packages are sent with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
